Outstanding experience at the bank of America in Long beach on Bellflower. The security gaurd, Carter, was so professional, friendly and kind. He opened the door for me and every person I saw and greeted everyone enthusiastically and was so kind. I felt extremely safe having him there and it made my day talking to him and seeing him help everyone. What a great experience and we are very lucky to have such amazing people to help!

Poor communication skills can never reach a manager or anybody that’s supposedly in the office💀nobody wanna do their job their quick to refer you to Lisa the bot

You guys have great outstanding wonderful hard working guards. I went to BofA your Long Beach division to make a withdrawal and your guard on duty is so professional makes the bank feel a little more safe knowing that someone is there keep and eye out for people like myself. Greater me with so much kindness and respect I believe his name was Tommari either way keep up the great work.

It sucks! I jumped through all their hopes and they gave my job to someone else! Michelle Person is the one that "hired" me. She didn't even have the nerve to tell me herself. Also they charge you $106.00 to do this. Do not believe the ad. This is a scam! Don't be fooled by them. I want my money back!
