We've been with Vernon and APS for probably close to 20 years. He's a hands on owner and answers questions. Truly a good guy, willing to guide you along the way. He knows the systems and has kept us up to date. We have had the big companies, they provide services, but you are just a number. He knows our names, remembers us and gets back to us. Yes, he can have a busy schedule, because he cares. Thanks, Carl

We have APS for home monitoring. APS has always been a nice presence in our community with their patrol cars. The drivers are always very polite and smile to the residents. Our family appreciates APS for alarm monitoring and patrolling in our streets and community. It helps make us feel safe.

APS and Vernon take care of our home and provide service just like they are family. Always pleasant. Always helpful. Always monitoring. We love APS! (I wrote the foregoing several years ago and APS and Vernon have consistently provided that level of service and caring since that time) Vernon, you and your crew are the BEST!

I've been using APS for several years for home alarm monitoring and I've been very happy with their service. Luckily we've never been the victim of a burglary, but the one time when we had a "false alarm" caused by my one of my kids accidentally opening our back door without turning off the alarm we had an APS patrol officer on our property within just a few minutes making sure that everything was ok. Vernon and his team are good people and have a lot of experience with serving our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. I see the APS patrol cars around our neighborhood often. Excellent service -- thanks!

We have been very happy with APS team since the day we signed up quite a few years ago. The level of service is the best and Vernon and his guys are always responsive. It is comforting to always see the APS patrol driving through our neighborhood all hours of day and night. All of us have a direct number to our local patrol car should we need them fast. Feel rest assured if you put your security needs in their hands you will be pleasantly surprised you made the right move.
