Reliable and made me feel safe and secure the whole time. Would recommend and use again.

Overton Security I want to thank you. The professionalism and effectiveness of your security teams are impressive. Your company's commitment to safety is truly appreciated. This company is trustworthly and professional at all times. Every security guards presence and vigilance is highly appreciated. I am a very highly satisfied customer.

Security told me I couldn’t eat at the tables outside at Anaheim Plaza because the restaurant I was next to closed 30 minutes prior. It would be one thing if the plaza was closed or if I was eating in the middle of the night but multiple stores were still open and it simply takes me a long time to eat my food. Dude needs to get laid because this energy isn’t it. I was planning on shopping after I ate but I left instead.

My wife and I were doing some shopping in the Cumbre Plaza in Santa Barbara. We had just finished a long day of kayaking. We needed to go grocery shopping and return home right down the street. We were putting our items away in our camper van and the security guard that was working that evening, approached us and rudely said “I hope you ain’t thinking y’all gunna be posting up here?” I was in shock! I asked him excuse me? We just finished shopping.” he then proceeded to say “yeah right!” Taunting in a sarcastic tone. I asked him for his name and he just kept walking. I called immediately to his supervisor and left a complaint. I truly hope this does not go unscathed. I have been a Santa barbarian my entire life, I spend thousands if not more in that plaza. I will not have a security guard try to intimidate me or my family while shopping. He clearly was extremely prejudiced and judge mental. A security guard needs to remember camper a van doesn’t mean someone is homeless and up to no good. I will say I was impressed with his supervisor and how apologetic and helpful he was. Other than that they need to fix this problem.

I had a very bad experience with a guard from Overton working on a building on Pico blvd near Centinela in West Los Angeles. Outside the building on my car,She picked up from me a food delivery bag and was supposed to deliver to a customer but instead she ate it and when I got a text message from the Doordash Complaints dept, I went back to ask for the food I had given to her and she was very unprofessional...thank God I got everything on my cellular video camera. Will publish on You Tube so people can see the KIND of employee OVERTON SECURITY HIRES. H R needs to REVIEW some employees background.
