We love working with Security service systems! They patrol our are silver strand Marina Del Rey and the security officers are so friendly and thorough. They are very diligent, active and professional. Specifically Luis is always friendly, enthusiastic and just amazing. Can't recommend them enough and thank you to their outstanding employees! Highly Recommend!

Had a horrible experience with this company. One of their drivers was a road raging in front of their office when I was pulling into the parking lot. He almost hit me twice, driving like a mad man in a tiny strip mall. I parked on the other side of the lot to avoid him, and walked over to my appointment. He waited till I got I front of his car and proceeded to honk as loud as he could, jump-scaring me. DO NOT trust these individuals protect you. At least one of these men is an absolute child. I could not imagine putting the safety of my loved ones in the hands of someone like that. Incident happened around 3:10pm on Saturday if management wanted to isolate the issue.

Their patrol people are people with overinflated senses of self-importance who go out of their way to intimidate people exercising in their neighborhood. Especially people of color. And when confronted with video evidence, they send the same unhinged idiots through the area. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. Edit: SECOND TIME TODAY. I HAVE PICTURES. I HAVE VIDEO. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. EDIT: WOULD THE OWNER CARE TO EXTRAPOLATE ON HIS ONE WORD RESPONSE THAT DOESN'T ADDRESS YOUR SYSTEMIC ABUSE OR RACIAL PROFILING? BECAUSE IT'S MIGHTY INCENTIVE TO FILE THIS POLICE REPORT. BSIS has confirmed that this situation is criminal.

I was recommended Security Service Systems by a former classmate, and I’m so glad I took their advice! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my home’s specific security needs and recommending the perfect system for my situation. They explained everything clearly and were patient with all my questions. The installation was quick, clean, and done with great attention to detail. Since having the system installed, I feel so much more secure in my home. The peace of mind knowing my family and property are well-protected is invaluable. The system is user-friendly and the monitoring service gives me confidence whether I’m home or away. I highly recommend Security Service Systems to anyone looking for reliable, professional security services in the west side area. Excellent work and outstanding customer service!
