Great Company

We used BHHS Del Mar for our selling realtor and have had an all around terrible experience. The realtor who we signed with ended up moving out of state shortly after we listed with no advance notice, then we were passed to another realtor in their office who ended up being unethical, unprofessional, and straight up disrespectful. This person lied to us by telling us certain negotiable items weren't, they threw a hissy fit when they learned we were going to switch agencies and I was told they were throwing objects at our photographer. When we brought these issues to the broker in charge, they fell on deaf ears. He didn't show a genuine interest in improving our experience and didn't seem to care if his office's reputation was tarnished. We were set to switch agencies when a hail mary offer came through. We should have never accepted it as it ends up that our selling realtor was more interested in protecting the buyer's interests than ours even though the buyer had their own realtor. It has been a miserable experience. This is not how you do business or build customer loyalty in my book. In my opinion, this person should have their license revoked and not be allowed to provide realty services but I doubt the California Association of Realtors will do anything. I would not want anyone else to have a similar experience and would suggest you look elsewhere for your realtor needs.

The real estate office nothing special
