I've known Gary for years. He managed a property we rented forever ago, and we felt very lucky back then to have him handling our condo. Fast forward to more recent - I had the pleasure of being the lender on an off-market purchase for two of Gary's clients. It went exactly how I would have expected based on knowing him. He's incredibly patient, reasonable, a fantastic advocate for all parties in the transaction, etc etc etc. I can't say enough about the guy - if more people understood how he operates he'd have to work 24 hours a day he'd be so busy!

I rented my home in Encinitas for 12 years and Robinson Realty was the third of three property management companies I contracted with. I wish they would have been the first and the only. Property management isn't easy. Given enough time, something will inevitably go wrong with the rental. What you really want from a good property manager is good communication. Gary Robinson is an exceptional communicator. He really wants the owners and the tenants to know what he's doing, why he's doing it, and make sure everyone's good with it. I promise you'll get to a point where you'll just say to him, "Whatever you think is best Gary, do that. I trust you." Gary Robinson far exceeded my expectations, and I can't thank him enough.
