if I could give negative stars, I would! I called on Friday to get a quote and appointment to have some documents shred. The company I was referred to, Common.... NEVER called me. I had to called them on Monday, they were NOT customer friendly and their price higher than another company I found. PLEASE take my email address off your list. I WON'T EVER TRY USING SHRED NATION EVER!!!!

Excellent price and very professional. Called day before to confirm. Came to appointment right on time. Super!

Yolanda handled my call and was very professional and patient with all my questions. I have yet to be contacted but received an immediate email with my quote and match to my request.
