I only come to this location for my Amazon returns because the closest one to me sucks and don’t like the fact that they always gypping me on the specially on printing a shipping label,guy tells me oh it’s 1.00 then says oh 1.50,how’s about telling me the actual price?

A few weeks ago, I experienced a theft of packages from my porch. Consequently, I acquired a UPS mailbox address, assuming it would provide a secure delivery location. However, upon reviewing the agreement, in haste I didn't see that it lacked refund provisions for dissatisfaction and designated storage for packages delivered during closed hours. Unfortunately, another package now delivered to my UPS address but after hours is lost and I'm told by the lady clerk that I'm unable to obtain a refund for the mailbox I will not be using. In retrospect, I should have recognized the potential security risks when I previously picked up a package without being asked for identification or required to sign for it, despite an attached signature form. I had prepaid for a year's service, which has proven to be a valuable lesson.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with this location. I have been a loyal customer for approximately eight years, and during this time, the staff at this location has consistently provided outstanding service. One aspect that truly stands out to me is the personalized attention I receive every time I walk into the store. The staff members always greet me by name and make me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, they go above and beyond to take care of my mail and address all of my shipping needs promptly and efficiently. I am grateful for the exceptional customer service that I have received from the UPS office, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service.

Had some amazon returns. No line, and they acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Scanned my packages and off I went. Good experience would come back again. They have PO Boxes available for business. First year costs $284.

Had to go in there today and this place is very slow in assisting customers and not very friendly at all. In addition the store is very small and none of the employees in this store were controlling nor coordinating social distancing. The place started getting packed and no one was concerned with COVID-19.
