Just worried there in danger

Wanted to give 1 star, but do not want my star to be dismissed as outlier. Allied Officer gave my vehical a warning ticket for Invalid Guest pass with final warning of tow. This ticket is in error as my guest pass (1 of 3) is assigned to me. I called Allied number to voicemail with return call upon receipt of my number. Three days later no return call. HOA management informed me that they are still investigating why they have this list, and would not use until resolved. This morning another vehicle towed due to erroneous list. They forgot to inform last night Officer..No Quality Assurance and weak management. I would never use this security force.
