Staff is so lazy and can’t follow the law especially with reserved parking spots. Plus they just sit in the car and don’t actually check for anything.

A single guard on patrol to address a moving company blocking our fire lane and several assigned parking spots with a 40ft tow trailer. Was told a unit wouldn't be available for at least 90 minutes. I am petitioning my HOA to end its contract with this company and shop for a better one. Also, our complex mailboxes were broken into twice within a week during Christmas. Company has poor returns for the expense. Go elsewhere for security services.

Needs to address driving issues with employees.
Your driver could have injured me and others. It looks like you are not reading the comments and addressing this. Someone has a license plate below.

Just witnessed one of the Security drivers with licence plate ending in 043 almost hit 3 cars, including mine, on the 805 freeway. Guy was driving so fast and swirving into two lanes, almost impacting 2 cars. This young man was not worried about driving wreckless or putting other inoccent lives in danger.

I would not recommend this security company to anyone seeking nighttime security services for their property. When hiring a security service, professionalism and customer service are critical, as they reflect directly on the property’s values and the safety of its residents. Unfortunately, this company fell far short of those expectations.
Over the weekend, we encountered one of their representatives after one of our vehicles was towed. When we approached him to ask for the towing company’s information, his initial response was dismissive, stating he was “not responsible” and that we could “Google it.” Confused by his response, we knocked on the window to request the information again. Instead of assisting us, his first response was, “I’m very busy, I don’t have time for this right now.” Only after several requests did he reluctantly tell us that Western Towing was the company involved.
The lack of professionalism in this interaction left us with a very poor impression of the company. While I hesitate to speculate, the nature of the interaction left us questioning whether this treatment may have been racially motivated, which only added to our discomfort.
We escalated our concerns to the company’s supervisor, lieutenant George Marland, to address the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service. However, the supervisor deflected our concerns, focusing solely on the fact that the company did not tow the vehicle rather than acknowledging the troubling behavior of their staff.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope the company takes steps to ensure better training and accountability for their representatives in the future. Respect, professionalism, and a willingness to assist are the bare minimum customers should expect.
