Hired them for an event here in San Diego had 800+ people attend my festival and they were nothing short of amazing professional and always in communication with our team and their team will definitely hire them again for next years festival. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern with the security services provided by your company at last night event. The security guard assigned to the event failed to meet the basic standards of a security professional, and his behavior was unacceptable. During the event , I approached with all requirement of reentry, a security guard who was supposed to be providing security services:-((observe,monitor and report suspicious activity)) However, when I asked him about his credentials, he failed to produce .Despite this, he continued to act aggressively, attitude, and furthermore acted similar to a law enforcement officer, which made me feel uncomfortable and misled. Furthermore, meanwhile,a person wearing casual clothes, approach me with really high attitude, and started arguments when I asked him to identify himself then he said that he’s supervisor, I noticed that he wasn’t wearing proper security attire or an identification badge, which raised serious concerns about the company's adherence to protocols and standards. I request that you take immediate action to address these issues, including: 1. Ensuring all security guards are properly licensed and trained. 2. Providing clear identification and uniforms for all security personnel. 3. Taking steps to prevent security guards from misrepresenting themselves as law enforcement officers.
