John was super responsive and solved a complicated issue with our ethernet connection. Added bonus, he also set up a phone number with a voicemail for us. He knows his stuff and is great.

I own an insurance agency in Bonita and my router went out at about 7am. I was panicked because my business cant run without it. I was panicked and called him when it happened. Hello , Don’t get me wrong John Hopkinson is a great telecom service provider that handles a lot of users but with our sip phones with grandstream was working excellent. Unfortunately we needed a fresh phone on premise system. My office had a tornado and power went down, so my phone stopped working, but when I called John, he told me that he will get everything fixed working, John responded: Do you have any patience at all??? Mtcs responded: Listen here man I have calls to make and a lot of meeting!!! If I don’t get anything through this is a hell of a problem which I’m not thrilled John responded: You can find another provider. That option is always up to you, They are just trying to dump the discontinued phone's. And you were bitching about my pricing Only deal with John if you want to get talked about horribly like if I was someone on the street and this is bad business . Hopefully my management will get in contact and speak to whoever is in charge with south shore networks!!! I wish you all the best
