Guillermo is the most honest tech I have ever met! I called him and told him my problem. His answer was simple. I can help you solve your problem over the phone. He guided me and told me all I had to do. I solved my problem, his answer was, "I'm very happy to help", but he mentioned, "you need to upgrade your system, or you will continue having trouble" He was correct. I ask him about new phone systems, he gave me all the info. I had other companies quoted what he did told me, no one was close to his price. He is just a man who is so proud of what he does. I very haigly recommend him!

We hired this company to install a PBX phone system at our new office in the Mission Brewery Plaza. The owner himself came to do our install along with an assistant technician. They were professional, efficient, and set up an awesome system for us that was catered to our specific needs. He was responsive on his cell phone whenever we had questions or needed small tweaks, and he came back several times to make minor adjustments and make sure everything was working correctly. In short we got exactly what we wanted at a great price and were not pressured into any additional services or products we didn't want. Also, we spoke directly with the person doing our install instead of having to call a 1-800 number, which was really convenient.
