I strongly recommend Sandoval Design for any Architectural or Design needs. Billy has been incredibly professional, responsible, and committed from the very beginning. He took on our full home rebuild project in Altadena and guided us step by step through the entire planning and permitting process. Thanks to him, our plans were approved smoothly and without delays. Now that we’re in the construction phase, Billy continues to check in regularly calling and even stopping by the job site to make sure everything is moving in the right direction. Any time we have a question or concern, he’s always just a phone call away, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. If you’re looking for exceptional design work and a professional who truly supports you throughout the whole journey, Billy at Sandoval Design is exactly who you need. Highly recommended.

Billy was very professional. He kept us informed of everything step of this process. He knew the city codes (which can be different city to city). Even the city staff commented on how well the designs are.

Had a great experience with Billy for our living room addition. He was on time for our initial meeting. Followed thru with his next steps. Was responsive when I had questions. I didn’t realize how long it would take the City to approve plans & he was always encouraging and helped to ease my anxiety. Overall was pleased and looking forward to seeing the project come to life.
