This place is a total scam they called my elderly dad telling him Century Link was going out by of business that he needed to switch to their company, so he did then his phone service just stopped being able to have calls come through so he called them and they told him it was his cordless phone because it was to old that she was going to send him a newer cordless phone which they charged him for and it still didn’t work he got a new SIM card that didn’t work he went a month without being able to use his landline finally they got it working and now it’s not working again they told him if he cancels the service he was going to be charged $900 and lose his landline number that he has had since 1970 and sent him a rude letter. Totally taking advantage of elderly people and lying to them and taking forever to get his phone working again. Total scam you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a positive experience with Ring Planet Communications. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to address my questions throughout the process. Their customer service was friendly, and they made everything easy to understand. I appreciated their reliability and commitment to providing quality support. Overall, I would recommend Ring Planet Communications to anyone looking for dependable communication services.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a total scam. My business was lied to, they told us that our landlines were soon to be removed and we needed to switch asap to avoid service interrupt. We decided to switch service providers to them and bought phones that we financed through them and paid in full in the first 6 months. We decided to switch providers for better service and better package deal. We were able to transfer our number but Ring Planet refused to unlock our phones that WE OWNED so we could provision them with our new provider. When I asked to speak with management I was told nobody was available and someone would call me back. Days have gone by with no call back, called many other times and was told the same thing that someone would call me back. Finally I got my father to call and they lied and told him that they gave me the information but I hung up on them. In conclusion I figured out how to factory reset my phone, my new provider was amazing and walked me through the process, any BIG and RELIABLE provider would help you through this process. Please take caution and avoid the headache and go with a different company because Ring Planet will rip you off.

Called and spoke with one of my office staff members. The representative told them that they are with Verizon/Frontier and that we legally have to let them take over our account. We called back not 15 minutes later to cancel and they argued and wouldn't let us stating their legal right to take over our account. I spoke with Frontier/Verizon and we are not legally required to do business with these people. Shady sales people for sure. Not once was Ring Planet brought up until the billing plan came through. I was able to call back a second time and get a very polite man who told me it would be canceled same day with no push back. I really appreciated his assistance. He is the only reason why I am giving an extra star. I did place a compliant with Frontier/Verizon they said that they have received many complaints about this business.

We were told this was an AT&T company and that we had to switch over to a digital format or we would lose service on our land line. So we did that...promising that we would reduce our bill in half and end robo calls....this is all a lie!! They are out of Calif and when you call their #, you get a recording and they hang up. They are NOT with AT&T and now I have to reconnect with ATT so as not to have a bill over $100 plus tax!! Run from this company if they call you!!
