Go to any other location. This place moves glacially. Get in line online and you’ll still be here an hour for the simplest possible service request (equipment pickup, everything completed over the phone already). A customer service lady just spent about 40 minutes chatting with someone about their college plans (beyond small talk) when there is a line of 10 people waiting. It would have been quicker to leave, cancel my service, and drive to switch to a new provider. 2 people working. Ridiculous. Two mild-mannered people just got very frustrated that they also could not complete their simple tasks and left loudly. Don’t blame them.

I contacted them about setting up internet service for a commercial property. Although they were not able to handle the installation directly, they were extremely helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and guided me through the process. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and follow-up.

I was helped within a couple of minutes of showing up on a friday afternoon. A team member recognized the modem in my plastic bag & called me over to complete the return. Their restroom is clean & properly maintained. The staff was polite & the store is very clean.
