From the staging, to the pictures and listing, to the showings and negotiations, and finally to the close, Connie's experience and business savvy were key. Within 1 week of being on the market, we had an acceptable offer and less than 30 days later, we were at close of escrow. The team communicated constantly and we were never left wondering what was happening. Connie came very highly recommended to us and she did not disappoint. After the passing of my mother in December of 2022, my sisters and I were at a loss as how to handle the sale of my parents' home since it was a reverse mortgage property. The Real Estate market was slow at the time, and interest rates were rising almost weekly. Some agents we spoke to didn't give us much hope concerning getting any money out of the property. It was built in 1970 and really needed a lot of work. Connie was the gift from God that we were looking for. She came through the house with that infectious enthusiasm of hers, and pointed out areas that we could update in order to get a maximum price. She was knowledgeable , enthusiastic, and realistic. She gave us confidence to move forward. Along the way we were given sound advice and encouragement. Connie is very well versed on real estate law and policies, and instructed us along the way. She and Samantha her assistant came through the home several times as we were preparing it for market, and they continued to give us advice and especially encouragement as we worked to complete the updates. Connie even had her daughter stage the home which was a welcome and perfect addition. The team did a great job of marketing the property, and, the home was in escrow after less than two weeks on the market We had multiple offers, and Connie helped us make the best decisions as we weighed our options. Escrow moved very smoothly, and we were so thankful and relieved. What a blessing Connie was to my sisters and me! I highly recommend Connie and her team for anyone's real estate needs.

Out of the thousands of agents that I have worked with over the years, I can honestly say the Connie is one of the most genuine, honest and certainly most energetic Realtor that I know. I am not one who usually takes the time to write reviews but this opinion needs to be shared. My young son and his wife just bought their first home. Connie Malkiewicz, an Escondido,CA, real estate agent, was their realtor and from the start to the closing of escrow did everything possible to make the sale and move painless. There is no question that in the many real estate transactions that I have been involved with .over the years there has never been an agent quite like Connie. We will always be appreciative of her professionalism, her time, and mostly, her care of our children.

First time home buying is scary, but with someone like Connie by your side through the process it's a lot less scary and a whole lot more fun! Her energy is absolutely infectious, and her wealth of knowledge is amazing. She answered every question we had, and there were a lot of them, always made herself available, and helped us navigate and translate all of the ins and outs of buying our place.
