Not sure who the woman is that continues to answer my calls but she is rude, lazy, and unhelpful. The patrol guards seem pretty nice.

This company is horrible. They have been patrolling my community for the past few years and they continually put tow notices on one of our cars that is parked in our paid reserved spot. We have called them over and over about it. I don’t know if they aren’t properly training their new hires or what. I just stayed overnight in another community down the street and we had called ahead to let North Coast Patrol know I was going to be an overnight guest and they still put a tow notice on my vehicle. When we called them this morning, they of course acknowledged it should not have been put on my Car but had they towed my car in error it would’ve been a major hassle. Avoid this company at all costs.

Overzealous Enforcement With No Consideration for Residents or Guests!
Extremely frustrating experience with North Coast Patrol. Their towing enforcement is overly aggressive and shows zero discretion, even when residents and guests are clearly attempting to comply with parking rules.
Vehicles are towed unnecessarily due to a broken guest parking registration system that residents have no control over. Instead of exercising judgment or working with property management to verify issues, North Coast Patrol defaults straight to towing—causing unnecessary stress, disruption, and financial burden.
There is no meaningful communication, warning, or effort to resolve situations reasonably. This feels less like community safety and more like predatory enforcement.
I would strongly caution communities and residents dealing with North Coast Patrol based on this experience.

The driver in the patrol car that patrols Paseo Lucido/Bernardo Center Dr. almost killed my dog that was on the sidewalk because of their crazy and reckless driving. In broad daylight. I’m scared to walk outside. Every time I see that patrol car drive by, I hide my dog because he starts to shake in fear. I can’t keep living like this. Please kindly take action.

Moved in to a property that they patrol maybe 5 months ago, have dealt with them a few times and for the most part, are cool. 1 gentleman in particular who seems to work night shift, is probably the best employee they have. Competent, friendly and assertive. I cannot say the same for the rest of the crew, as there is a very big mix up when it comes to requirements and rules for parking or little things like that. This would be a 5 star review if the women in the office didn't have attitude, and would be a 2 star review if that 1 guy in specific didn't work there. Guy needs a raise, company needs a restructuring.
