The screens are beautiful and so much more functional and attractive than the old rusty home-depot specials that were there when I bought the house. Yes, they are more expensive than the HD cheapos, but the quality, the functionality, and the look is worth it! Our experience with Progressive Security Screens was absolutely terrific from start to finish. Bob helped us understand the local manufacturing and installation process then measured our double door perfectly, because it fit perfectly! They promised the door before July 4th and installed it 22 June, so of course no complaints about early! Our new door operates smoothly and helps air circulate through the house. Our front entry is now our dog’s new favorite place to watch the world go by. Architectural bronze perfectly complements our existing Kichler outdoor lighting. These doors are fairly expensive, but buying direct was considerably less than working through the big home stores. It feels like it will last, and we’re very happy with our choice. We only wonder why we didn’t do this sooner!

Plus, with my older home, there was a strong likelihood that a standard-size product would not have fit properly. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier. We got price quotes from 2 companies that made exact same Crimsafe screens but PSS price came in a lot lower. Daniel from PSS was very friendly, honest, trustworthy, and so wonderful to work with. He was always prompt answering all our texts, even on weekend and evening. He came to give us a free estimate, took time to show us screen samples, gave suggestions, and was very patient in answering our many questions. He estimated 5 to 6 weeks for the screens to be made and they were ready as promised. Daniel came back to do the installation himself with 2 assistants. They installed 12 window security screens and 2 security screen doors in just 4 hours. They cleaned up everything when they were done and all the screens look beautiful and sturdy. We were so pleased with PSS service and security screens that we showed our installed screens to our neighbors and highly recommended PSS to them. In fact, many of our neighbors hired PSS.
