Peter and Todd helped me with my garage conversion into an ADU, and the whole process was smooth from the start. They jumped on it the same week I reached out, and my permits were ready in a few months. I had spoken to a few other architectural firms in the Glendale area, but it was clear Peter and Todd really knew what they were doing. Their pricing was also very fair compared to the others. I’m really happy I went with them and would definitely recommend them.

Working with Todd and Peter was an absolute pleasure. They took the time to truly understand my vision and brought creative ideas that made the final design even better than I imagined. Every detail was thoughtfully planned — from maximizing natural light to making the layout flow perfectly for everyday living. Communication was always clear, deadlines were met, and their professionalism was outstanding. If you’re looking for an designer who combines creativity, precision, and genuine care for their clients, I highly recommend!!!
