I had a great excellent experience working with Martik and Space Studio on my Hill Side project. Martik is highly knowledgeable about hillside development, ADUs, and residential codes in Burbank and the surrounding areas, and that expertise made a major difference in my project. Before working with Space Studio, I had gone through four different firms, from small companies to larger corporations, and none of them were able to get the plans approved under the hillside ordinance. Martik was the one who got it done. He is fair in pricing, works incredibly hard, and stays committed from start to finish. He was always responsive, supportive throughout the process, and continued helping even during construction. He also works with very professional partners, which made the experience even smoother. On top of that, Martik is simply a very nice person to work with—professional, honest, and dependable. I highly recommend Space Studio to anyone looking for a capable and experienced team, especially for complex ADU, residential or hillside projects.

Recommended – Exceptional Planning & Permit Service I had an amazing experience working with Martik on my Double ADU’s planning and permitting. He completed everything in a very short time and at a great price. His communication was excellent—any time I called, he responded right away and guided me through every step. What I appreciated most was how involved he was in every single detail of the plans and engineering. He didn’t just prepare the drawings; he helped me understand the process, solved issues quickly, and made the entire permitting experience smooth and stress‑free. If you need someone reliable, knowledgeable, and truly supportive for ADU plans or permits, Martik is the best choice. I’m very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.
