I met Mihran after meeting speaking with a couple others and I knew I was right to wait. I liked the transparency and brevity of our meeting because Mihran’s process is efficient. That is further confirmed by Mihran’s very timely responses. My friends who had just started their own renovations were surprised at how fast my plans came together. Mihran was also patient with my decision paralysis but isn’t someone who is just going to tell you what you thought you wanted to hear. We did have some miscommunication, however, that resulted to a couple of plan changes mid-construction but it was partly my fault and should have asked Mihran to double check/remeasure before finalizing the plans. This type of thing is not worth rushing into. I would use Mihran again especially as I've learned to communicate better with him.

MJ Studio has been very helpful for my architecture project - they took care of everything from A to Z! Got the design drawings, engineering, and submitted to the city to pull the building permit and got us the approval within perfect time Great communication, service, and value for our investment - happy to recommend to other homeowners and professionals! Thank you Mihran

We couldn't be happier with our choice of Mj Studio for our project in Los Angeles. From start to finish, their attentive listening, creative design, and professionalism have impressed us immensely. With their expertise, navigating regulations and codes has been seamless, leaving us eagerly awaiting construction. If you're seeking an architect who truly cares about your vision, look no further than Miro from Mj Studio. He is truly the best!

One of the most striking aspects of MJ Studio's work is their ability to blend the natural environment with the built space. Every project seems to be in perfect harmony with its surroundings, whether nestled in a bustling cityscape or perched on a serene mountainside. This sensitivity to context elevates their designs from mere buildings to works of art that seem to belong to the landscape itself. Moreover, MJ Studio has a knack for pushing boundaries and redefining what is possible in architecture. Their use of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices not only ensures that their structures are environmentally friendly but also creates spaces that are ahead of their time. I highly recommend MJ Studio to any new or remodeling project.
