If this company sales and support are not good. I updated my phones to my company a few years ago and when I would need support the support department would state that they would have to work on it because they did not configure our phones in the first place. Fast forward to November when I need to purchase a new phone and they phone came back with features that were not functioning and after many emails we were basically told "too bad so sad" when they are the ones that configured the phones. Fast forward again to a disgruntled boss (me) and I filed another ticket with a support staff (he sounds like he cares) so we will see. If he fixes this. I will remove my review. But the other staff previously still deserves this review
