I had a really disappointing experience at this Spectrum location. I waited almost an hour just to be helped. What made it more frustrating was that two other employees were standing around watching a game on TV instead of trying to assist or at least acknowledge the long wait. I was eventually told that only the employee who had started my process could continue helping me. While I understand there may be company policies, there should have been better communication from the start. Instead of leaving customers waiting without any updates, someone could have explained the situation or found a way to speed things up. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to leave for work, so I ended up leaving without getting my issue resolved. It felt like my time wasn’t valued at all. Overall, the lack of urgency, communication, and customer service made for a poor experience. I hope Spectrum improves how they manage customers during busy times and ensures employees remain attentive instead of being distracted.

They were all very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made my experience smooth and pleasant. I am privileged to commend Ms. Vardui Shakhnazarian for her outstanding customer service and the efforts she puts forth, to make a difference in people’s lives on a day by day basis. I know how hard it is to make everybody happy by providing services to their satisfaction and expectations. I noticed how many staff members were doing their best to provide faster and accurate service to the customers but I must say I was blessed to meet Vardui who impressed me with her expertise and courteous attitude. there is nobody else like Vardui. I had come to Spectrum Store for a few times for several issues but honestly I never got any proper assistance. But when I came in to the store two days ago on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 and luckily I met Vardui I got the impression that I met a professor who was explaining and teaching every single detail about how I should operate my IPhone 15 not to have any problems while using it. She explained how I could change my plan by the Gig to Unlimited, how and when I should use the Wi-Fi Connection. To be honest I am not a technical person but due to Vardui’s efforts I learned a lot and returned home extremely happy. With this said the world needs more people like her.
