Frustration isn't event he word I would use. We are extremely disappointed with the CPA services we received. Not only were our estimated tax prepayments submitted incorrectly—resulting in a penalty we now have to pay—but we also couldn’t get basic questions answered because our calls were never returned. This level of communication and attention to detail is unacceptable for a professional tax service. We expected expert guidance, but instead were left dealing with costly mistakes and radio silence. Would not recommend.

My initial experience was wonderful. However, I can't seem to get a response anymore AND the IRS is missing a filing that was allegedly completed (and I definitely paid for) by this firm. Extremely frustrated.
