2 years ago I chose Stephen V Prichard because he returned my call promptly and made time to meet with me. The first year was very good. The 2nd year I made an appointment with him but when I showed up I was given a helper to meet with, I was not impressed. Now, recently I requested his help to figure out how much to convert to a Roth IRA. I attempted to contact him 3 times via phone and email, once he was totally rude, and then he just blew me off. UPDATE: S.V. Prichard, I appreciate you reaching out to me via email, by phone and your response on google reviews. Given that you have made such an effort to make things right, I will be making an appointment to come see you for my 2019 taxes. Everyone deserves a second chance especially after your efforts to touch base with me and your explanation that you were going through some tough times in your office. At this time, I will up my review from 1 star to 4 stars.
