If I could give 10 stars, I would. As someone who works in real estate, I've referred countless moving companies to clients over the years, and I've personally moved 13 times. Without question, this was the best moving experience I've had. From the very beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and professional. Rafael took the time to personally reach out, asking thoughtful questions and thoroughly assess the scope of the move so he could coordinate the right truck, equipment, and crew for moving day. His team arrived on time, worked hard all day, and handled everything with exceptional care. They carefully wrapped fragile items, brought a pallet specifically for transporting my motorcycle, and came fully prepared with ramps, padding, tape, and every piece of equipment needed to ensure a smooth move. Their trucks are top-notch- large, well-maintained, and designed to load and unload from both the rear and sides. This made it much easier to maneuver in tight spaces and maximize every inch of available truck space. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The crew went above and beyond to place items in the correct areas of the home and always asked questions whenever they were unsure, rather than making assumptions. I truly cannot recommend Golden West Moving highly enough. Whether you're planning a local or long-distance move, this is a company you can trust. I worked with Chad over the phone via Facetime who then sent an impressive, very detailed room-by-room quote for our 5 bedroom home. He was great to work with on all the little details of our many items, many of them fragile and antique. His big team of super professionals worked tirelessly until the last detail was completed. They used high quality packing materials. But did not charge me for cartons I did not need. Not one item was lost or damaged. They also helped me in the past with a two-day move from San Diego to Orange County with the same excellent results. I believe it would be a huge challenge to find a better moving company.

They took great care to protect our furniture and managed to move everything in and out without any damage to the walls, even through some very tight corners. We just completed our first move in over 30 years, and honestly, I was dreading it—but Golden West Moving made it such a great experience. The next day, they had us loaded up and on the road right on schedule. A few days later, just like they promised, Troy met us in Idaho with another team and got everything unloaded into both our storage unit and temporary place without a hitch. Moving is usually stressful, but these guys took so much of that off our plate. Everything was handled with care, and the whole process felt organized and easy.
