Terrible experience. I only had six simple items to move, yet they still failed to deliver one of them completely. My patio furniture arrived missing multiple essential pieces, making it unusable. I cannot understand how so many parts of a single item could simply disappear. Because of their carelessness, I had to drive all the way back to my old residence and search the property myself, with help from the maintenance and cleaning staff, hoping the missing pieces had been left behind. They were nowhere to be found. I lost valuable time, gas, and energy trying to fix a problem that never should have happened. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. My emails have gone unanswered, and when I tried following the contact information they publicly provided in response to another review, the email address didn’t even work. It feels like once they have your money, they have no interest in making things right. At this point, I believe a full refund of my deposit is the absolute minimum they should offer. I paid for my belongings to be moved safely and completely, and that service was not provided. The missing items have still not been recovered, and the company’s silence has only made an already frustrating situation much worse. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your belongings and expect a company to stand behind its service when something goes wrong.

Amazing company!!! So glad we chose these guys, they made it fun, easy, and not stressful. A lot of moving companies will try to stall and milk the hours out of you; these guys did the opposite. They were just go go go all day long, they took apart our furniture for us, moved it up a really annoying pain in the butt staircase at our new home, and put it all back together exactly how and where we wanted it. And they did it so all in around 7 hours. Would use again, 100/100 A+

We recently used Monster Moving & Storage for a local move that took two full days, Monster Packed the entire 5ooosf home and moved it, we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial communication to the final box being placed, the entire team was professional, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. Moving an entire household over two days is no small task, but the crew handled everything with care and attention to detail. They were punctual, organized, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Despite the long hours, they remained friendly, positive, and focused throughout the move. What impressed us most was how smoothly they managed the entire process and helped reduce the stress that typically comes with moving. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Worst moving experience of my entire life and I have moved plenty. Some details from our experience: - We booked a 4 man move but only 3 showed up, more than an hour late. - They had no tools so I had to lend them my own tools to take things apart or I had to take it apart myself. - A move that should have taken only 1 day took 2 full days because they were so disorganized. This ended up costing us an additional $1400 for a second day. - The first day the movers didn’t bring any drinks for themselves. We had to supply them with cases of water and Gatorade. - Several pieces of furniture were damaged including a brand new patio set, new treadmill, broken leg off an armchair. - Both the house we moved out of the the house we moved into sustained damage to walls, floors, doors and stairs due to negligence. - The attitudes of the workers were negative with comments about how we had too many couches and that certain items should not go upstairs. - A firepit table was badly damaged and they spilled all the glass stones out of it and left them on the sidewalk. - Our kitchen table was not reassembled, just placed on top the legs and when we went to move it, the top nearly fell off. - The moving team tried to steal our pizza oven. I found it hidden in a box under some blankets in the back of the truck. When I asked where it was they said they never loaded a pizza oven. - We spent $3400 to get horrendous service, two damaged houses and a lot of beat up furniture. Don't ever use this company. - When contacted, Monster Moving over no support to resolve our issues.
