The telemarketers they use are rude and refuse to take no for an answer or take your phone number off their list.

I'm ashamed to give 1 star absolutely horrible company that doesn't secure but completely the opposite they make yo feel uncomfortable. Personal calls the whole shift with no supervision and they are totally against the very people they are supposed to make feel safe. Extremely ignorant no people skills or experience dealing with the public. It's sad how many problems they bring to the table that's unnecessary. 1. Quite possibly the worst security company/team in existence. Their guards do not stop vandalism, do not enforce parking rules with fidelity, and lie when they are called on their inability to do their job at an adequate level. Their guards have been sleeping during their shift on multiple occasions (in 2 years I've seen 8 instances of guards asleep) Do not hire them and waste your money.

This company is extremely crooked. They do nothing for homeowners. They have made a mess of the parking situation in my complex. They blame everything on the HOA when in fact they make up the rules whenever they feel like it. They give preferential treatment to some people and never execute their rules fairly. Their rules change every single time it benefits them. Their system is so flawed that homeowners can’t find parking. When they say they can’t do anything about a situation in reality, they have all the cards. Again, they blame the HOA. I am launching a major complaint with my HOA and other homeowners. There have been many of the guards asleep on duty as well to top it all they don’t give any care to HOA rules. Don’t hire this company!!

Probably the worst security company I have ever done business with. The office staff seems reasonably professional when you talk to them, but the security guards (unarmed night guards) seem to have a complete lack of understanding on basic principles of security. Clearly they do not receive proper training, they are frequently late for their shifts, and often are not in proper uniform. I would not recommend.
