Scam!!! I can not stress this enough do not hire this company. I made the mistake in hiring them because they had good reviews. I hired them to pack and move my home from Ramona to National City. The day of pack out | was told they would arrive at 0800 then the day of I was told 0900 however they showed up at 1045 I was told they would be done that day but they took their time which led to them not completing the pack out until the next day around 1300. Because of this I was drastically over charged. When they finally moved everything to my home I was told I would have a 3 person crew however I was charged for a a 4 person crew because another person showed up which I didn't ask for he was not there the whole time either he left for a few hours and then came back yet | was charged for 4 person crew. On top of that they broke a step in my new home, lost all the couch hooks for my sectional couch, and broke my makeup vanity. I have tried resolving the repairs and reimbursment with the owner but he continuously avoids my calls. Another reason i hired them was because the owner told me they were insured. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say I will not be getting reimbursed for the damages or repairs. It is an expensive hard lesson learned but I'm hoping by sharing my experience it prevents others from being scammed

Not the best moving experience, but they did arrive on time. I hired three movers for a two-bedroom apartment. They showed up on time, which my husband & I greatly appreciated. We were only moving about five miles away, and while there were some stairs involved, the overall pace was much slower than what we’ve experienced with other companies. The move ended up taking five hours when based on experience I had estimated around three, which led to unexpected overtime charges. So a two bedroom cost us $920. They also charged us the credit card rate of $145/hour even though we paid with Zelle, which is literally the same as giving someone cash. They did not want to take a credit card. At the end, we were also asked directly about tipping, which felt a bit uncomfortable given the lack of urgency throughout the move. Won’t be using for our business or personal moves in the future. I need movers who move quickly and can hustle! The 4-stars is for showing up on time, being safe, and for carefully moving the items. If you care about going slower with your items to ensure safety, these are your guys. But if you have need for speed like me, I’d consider another company.

I would highly recommend! Victor (the owner) was very quick to respond and very polite and professional. The 3 man crew that was sent over 2 days were great teams! They worked very fast but also efficiently and carefully. They were great at safeguarding our belongings, nothing broken, even after them having worked very hard 10-12 hour days! They were very nice and professional gentlemen.

Previous move highly rated and I stand by that. Second move, totally unprofessional. As a frequent mover , I can honestly say , this five mile move from a two bedroom is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Would seriously suggest you get everything in writing upfront regarding a multitude of added charges. Absolutely get a written statement upfront of destination delivery date/time. My genuine regret is trusting this company’s business ethics. The movers can only be as good as the owner/manager. In this case, not professional at all.

Pro Movers Group handled the first of two moves for us last week. Viktor and the guys were amazing - fast, careful, professional and courteous. They negotiated stairs with heavy pieces, in both locations, without so much as a scratch. We are completing our move in a couple weeks and we will call Pro Movers Group again. Simply put, they are the best moving company we have worked with over many years and many moves. Highly, highly recommended.
