Luis was extremely rude and unprofessional when I was forwarded to him in attempt to contact the Hayward branch. I will definitely not be doing business with this company.

Their guard at a Jewish Center just shot someone while filming. Read the news. I would not contact with this company if I was a client.

Lillian Naumen is a very rude individual. She came up to my College handing out applications, than told me I could come in the following week for an interview soon as I found out about my finger printing date, so once I received the date I texted her, to follow up and informed her on my finger printing information. I also emailed her with a current resume, I even called her several times no answer. Today I was finally able to reach her by phone. I asked her if she had received my emails, and my voicemails. She said "yeah we can't do anything until your process is finished" when she just told me last week she could get me in the door without my guard card and it'll be between just her and I. Smh she's not professional at all, the least she could've did was follow up with me instead of dodging my calls. I'll never consider working for CPS Security due to her unprofessional actions!

Cannot get through to anyone. Mailboxes always full. No call backs. Perhaps some organization is in order?

They have helped me great and for the best of my work schedule.
