I found CODAspaces online and after my initial conversation with Jerome I knew he was the architect I wanted to work with. From the time we started the initial planning through the completion of the project, he always made himself available to us and was patient with us because he understood this was our first major project. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and looking to make the clients vision come to life. I’m very happy I went with CODAspaces.

Jerome has helped our piano school so far with the plans for two new locations. One location we have had to jump through tons of hoops for the city, and Jerome has been awesome navigating the complexity of our permitting. He and his team are super quick to turn around work product, emails, and revisions. He is also great about following up and driving to deadlines. It has been an absolutely pleasure to work with Jerome, and I would definitely recommend to anyone else.
