Stephanie was exceptional from the start of our project to the very end. We added a laundry room, bedroom, and bathroom to our existing 1919 craftsmen. Her design and expertise helped us maintain the craftsmen details throughout the entirety of our home. She was essential in guiding us through both the historic and city permit process. We are beyond grateful for Stephanie and her willingness to walk alongside us during our first home renovation. We highly recommend Osorio Architecture.

We had an amazing experience working with Osorio Architecture on the transformation of our ranch-style home into a warm, updated Craftsman-inspired home with transitional and modern elements. Stephanie came highly recommended by friends, and we quickly understood why. From the beginning, she brought a very thoughtful, organized, and approachable process to what could have been an overwhelming renovation. She guided us step-by-step, helped us understand the decisions ahead, and kept the project moving forward with clarity. One of the things we appreciated most was her ability to take our ideas and vision and turn them into a 3D model that made the design easy to understand. She helped us visualize how different elements would come together and created a design that felt warm, personal, and true to what we wanted our home to become. Throughout the project, she was always on top of details, responsive, and willing to help. She coordinated with contractors and structural engineering, assisted with city plan approvals, and made drawing updates quickly when needed to keep everything accurate and up to code. Her professionalism, organization, and genuine care made a major home renovation much easier for everyone involved. We are extremely grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend Osorio Architecture to anyone looking for an architect who combines creativity, expertise, and a personal approach.

We worked with Stephanie on a small project and I give her the absolute highest recommendation. She is a clear and capable communicator who also patiently listens to her clients; she is responsive, highly competent and professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable about craftsman design and local Long Beach ADU regulations, as well as warm and friendly, which is a bonus. If I ever needed future architectural services, I would hire her again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a great Architect, look no further, she delivers!

Working with Stephanie was an absolute joy from start to finish. She not only created a stunning design that perfectly captured our vision but also stayed deeply involved throughout the entire construction process, ensuring that every detail was executed to perfection. Unlike many architects who step back after the design phase, Stephanie remained present and engaged until the very last finishing touch. She visited the site frequently, catching potential issues before they became problems and advocating for us every step of the way. Thanks to her keen eye and dedication, she identified and pushed for necessary corrections—saving us time, money, and stress. Stephanie was truly invested in the success of our project, treating our home as if it were her own. Her expertise, attention to detail, and unwavering support made all the difference, and we can confidently say that we couldn’t have done it without her. If you're looking for an architect who combines creativity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to her clients, look no further than Stephanie Osorio. We are forever grateful for her role in making our dream home a reality!
