This is our 3rd house we’ve built in Long Beach and We really wanted to go with a local architect. My wife did some research and we came across Steve and his team, I was a bit hesitant at first because I have used previous architects and wanted to go with who I’ve dealt with. My wife really wanted to go with a local architect so I went ahead and said find someone. The day we met Steve I knew she had made the right decision and done enough research to find the best in Long Beach. I typically don’t leave reviews but the Sennikoff team deserves all the praise!! Great company, communication and timing was always on point and I’m happy we met Steve. We will continue to use him for our future projects and will refer him to all our friends and clients.
