I am not a fan of going to cable stores. But walking into the Spectrum store on Pine was a different situation. Elliot was so responsive. It was able to save me on my bills and upgrade my Wi-Fi equipment to meet the one gig Wi-Fi he offered me. I highly recommend the store.

She helped me set up my new phone while helping other customers. I could not be happier about the service that I received.

I had to visit a store location to switch my phone service to a new phone because the verification system they use would not let me do it online e, even though I answered everything correctly. I didn't get the name of the person that helped me, but I felt bad because it took her a long time to get an approval and my account switched to my new device. She hu g in there and got it done.
