We have been with Verizon for 24 years. Since we have been customers for so long, and my husband is dying of cancer, I made the mistake of trusting what I thought was a reputable company and put my bills on auto pay and haven’t had the time to look at things like cell phone bills when my husband of 55 years is only with me for a limited amount of remaining time, I took a glance at a bill and discovered a phone I was overcharged for in full in the store( after speaking with Verizon customer service) I was additionally being charged 33 months of payments on the same phone. 19.99 insurance coverage had been added to two of my lines when before recently we have never had nor allowed insurance on any lines. I’ve wasted about 7 entire days reaching out to Verizon. I’m lied to every time. Every rep promises to fix the problem, apologize, seems so sincere and then I have to call back and explain again because none of them have any responsibility for customer service. They have a quota of up sales they must make daily and that’s all they care about. I’m disgusted. I can’t get my money refunded but in the process of those calls my bill for three lines went from 300 to 117 because I was on an old plan and they couldn’t care less about long time customers. What is this world coming to . I’m sick exhausted and so upset about the situation but what can I do. There is no one that u can spend to who will do anything. What a waste of what use to be a good company. There’s nothing transparent about the way they conduct business. In store and on the phone not one person told me the truth or followed thru with anything they said. The last rude employee instructed me to contact a lawyer and sadly my lawyer is too expensive and has better things to do then fight with Verizon. So while watching my husband die I have no choice but allow them to keep my money and move on. I have real life issues I’m coping with and they have made it unbareable

Today we went in to get a screen protector put on. Bought original protector less than 6 months ago and was advised by Verizon to go through the company to get a replacement because the original already cracked. Came in today and asked if we could have it put on - they said yes, but they do charge $30. Not sure if this is all Verizons but disappointed that there is a fee for something already charged and paid for when we had the screen protector put on by a salesperson again less than 6 months ago there when we originally bought the phone. Today salesperson didn't probe about if we bought it through them or not just said they charged a $30 fee and resumed chatting with coworkers.

With the help of a professional lady, l did great in no time solving my situation with my phone, l really enjoyed the times l did business with her “Miss Golf”

We went yesterday and had a great experience with Flavio. He was friendly, helpful and met all of our needs. He made the process of getting new phones simple and easy. We also didn’t wait at all on a Sunday!

I just left the store today 12/26/2022 When I walked in we found a bench we sat in in me and my husband on the other side there was a family too I got up to go get a napkin from Starbucks next door when I came back the employee asked my husband TO MOVE that his customer was sitting there the other family wasn’t bother are all both families was African America WE HISPANIC how rude and racist this was we all customers no matter color not race totally never coming in again the front desk person over heard us talking about it and never even got an apology from her her being Hispanic as well
