Igor, the audio technician came out to set-up an outside speaker system for our backyard patio. He was very professional and worked diligently to get everything hooked up on Zone 2 with our Pioneer Elite receiver and our Anthem MCA35 Amp. Installation was a fair price. We are very happy with the results.

This company lives up to its name. King they are. Superior communication and response. Very fair and competitive in their estimate. On time technicians. Highly competent and professional. Went above and beyond: Our 85" TV upon unpacking was cracked; but the Installation King technicians got the work completed, including a XXL/heaviest duty mount, cable concealing, but minus the actual TV mounting; a few days later after our replacement TV arrived, the manager/dispatcher promptly re-dispatched the technician and helper to clinch the mounting. This company is First Class. I will be using them again.

I used a ChatGPT plus to help me find a reputable technician because so many are so expensive and usually waste time thankfully sent me to the king I called and talked to Danny. I was laughing after about five minutes because he's a wonderful customer service person and then he sent an excellent technician named Alex, who absolutely dialed my Brand New TV. My Vizio sound bar my Super ⭐️ box help me with my Wi-Fi and made it so much more simple than the last five weeks of sitting here trying to fix this myself thank you so much truly appreciated , And now a loyal customer sincerely Jim

These guys are fantastic. If I could give 6 stars, I would. They give great advice, friendly and incredibly prompt service and didn't try to upsell at all. They were incredibly clean and careful in my home and helped me hang TVs, rewire speakers, fit wifi and extenders and set up a new home alarm system. I highly recommend and will use them for all things 'home' in the future.
