This company makes garbage. When products break, they send refurbished parts (why is someone’s hair all over my replacement parts?) and it takes months to get sorted out. The problem is that the refurbished parts are junk too, just like the new products so it’s a big waste of time. Never buying products from this company again.

I had an opportunity to try their executive chairs and in a few minutes I was able to make a decision. It was definitely worth the time.

Just like another person reviewed, why have a showroom that is closed on weekends and 8-5 on Weekdays? Calling their number takes you to voice message. I called Friday at 3 pm during their normal business hours, press 3 for concierge and get the message - "Our office is currently closed. We are open M-F from 8am-5 pm. Please call us during normal office hours". Are you kidding me? Even other authorized sellers Tangram and BASK have same hours. Visitors Policy: At Steelcase, people are our first priority. We want all our guests to have a great experience, and that starts with promoting the heath and wellbeing of all who visit a Steelcase location. Please contact your regional Steelcase location and one of our team members will assist you in scheduling.

What’s the point to have a showroom that is closed Saturday and Sunday and opened business days only 9-5?! Do you actively not want customers to visit you? This is beyond stupid. And you have to have an appointment? You just lost a potential customer friends!

I have to share photos of the old showroom. We're going to miss the old design but are looking forward the updated furniture and interior design.
