I was really disappointed with both the design quality and the level of engineering expertise. The concepts didn’t just fall short technically — the overall design itself felt poorly thought out and unpolished. What we received looked more like rough student work than something from a professional industrial design firm. Beyond the surface issues, there were also major engineering gaps. Several features weren’t feasible to manufacture, and basic considerations like materials, tolerances, and assembly seemed to be overlooked. It created a situation where nothing could move forward without significant rework. We expected a balance of strong aesthetics and solid engineering, but unfortunately got neither. In the end, we had to bring in another team to redo the work entirely. I would not recommend them if you’re looking for high-quality, production-ready design.

We worked with BRCHN to bring our hair care product idea to the point it was manufacturable. Sam was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond expectations for industrial design and engineering. He was able to simplify product assembly and bring down manufacturing cost by merging multiple components for over molding. He worked closely with our manufacturer to overcome production challenges. Overall we are highly satisfied with BRCHN and will work with them on any future product design needs.
