We are extremely happy with our café renovation. The space turned out beautiful, and we’ve been doing well since opening. What impressed us the most was the contractor’s outstanding expertise as a General Contractor. They paid close attention to every detail, even the small things, and made sure everything was done properly. Their knowledge and guidance were a huge help in getting our permits approved smoothly. If you’re looking for a professional who is experienced in both commercial interior construction and the permitting process, I highly recommend them. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and truly care about delivering high-quality work.

I first discovered Kenny Yoo of M Design House after seeing one of his projects in Koreatown. The design was creative, unique, and unlike anything I had seen before, which led me to hire him for my restaurant project. Working with Kenny was an excellent experience. He is talented, professional, reliable, and always delivers on his commitments. The finished project received many compliments, and people often asked who designed the space. After working with many professionals over the years, I can confidently say that Kenny is one of the best restaurant designers I have worked with. I highly recommend Kenny Yoo and M Design House.

Mr. Kenny came by in person to consult on how to approach our home interior, and the experience was excellent. He was very kind and took the time to carefully explain which materials would work best for our house, making everything easy to understand. Compared to other companies, the pricing was reasonable and not overly expensive. He also clearly explained the estimated timeline and the different options available, which made the whole process feel straightforward and trustworthy. Overall, it was a very professional and thoughtful consultation, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering a home interior project.

We contracted with Kenny for our business and house. He is far more professional the other contractors. He is onsite overseeing the work every single day. His work is very detailed and thorough. I don’t work with any other contractors since Kenny set a bar very high for his quality of work.

I found M-Design through a friend’s recommendation after checking out several interior design companies. Before visiting, I looked them up on Google and saw that they’re already well-known in the LA area — and now I understand why! The owner was incredibly kind and provided a very thorough consultation. The office was filled with a wide range of materials, which gave me confidence that this is a truly professional interior design company. The estimate they provided was very reasonable, and what I appreciated the most is that K-Design is really trending right now, and the owner has professional experience from Korea. That background really showed in the refined and stylish design suggestions he offered. Now I understand why people say this is one of the best interior design firms in LA. I didn’t need to keep searching — I signed the contract today on the spot. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled interior design team, I highly recommend M-Design!
