I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution others before hiring them. They were contracted by my apartment complex to install floodlights, and during that process, one of their technicians caused significant damage to my vehicle. I had specifically asked the technician beforehand whether I needed to move my car and was told it was fine to leave it. Just a few hours later, I returned to find my windshield smashed, along with damage to my roof, hood, and roofline. What followed was an even more frustrating experience trying to resolve the issue. It took considerable effort to get in contact with the owner, and when I finally did, the communication and level of professionalism were extremely poor like her BBL. Rather than handling the situation properly through insurance, she initially attempted to manage it off the books and suggested taking my car to repair shops far outside my area, which was completely unreasonable. She even went as far as offering to buy my car instead of addressing the damage appropriately. When I insisted on going through insurance, there were further delays and a lack of transparency. I was not provided with policy details when requested, and although I was told a claim would be opened, it took several days to receive any confirmation. The entire process felt unnecessarily difficult and avoidable. To make matters worse, the floodlights they installed have been unreliable, requiring repeated follow-ups and ongoing issues. Overall, this company demonstrated a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care. I would not trust them with any work and strongly recommend others look elsewhere to avoid similar headaches.
