The process for getting my server into colocation was easy. Initially this was a lab server, which became a production server. The few times I needed to summon support to get console access via their KVM over IP, were good experiences. Support responded promptly. Eventually, I needed to bring the server back on premises for reasons that had nothing to do with Colocation America. The character of a good business is often seen when it's time to cease usage of the service. The process of cancelling my account and having my server returned to me was quick and painless. Should I have the need to put another server in colocation, Colocation America will be my provider of choice.

i am using their service since 6 years with zero downtime. Thank you Colocation America.

Great and fast service. Almost no downtime. We are with them almost 5 years and we are very happy. Special thanks to Albert!

Disastrous experience. Massive down times and laughable customer service. Cost us quite a bit of money.

There rep at the data center in New York city was great. Their dedicated server hosting is great too and the support is very good. I’m hosting with them for the last two years or so with no major problems.
