Our company has been a customer of Subrigo for about 8 years. Our needs are fairly complex; layer-2 and lyer-3, vlans in vlans, special BGP and OSPF requirements, prioritized routes, etc all due to very strict compliance obligations and security levels. They are the only carrier-grade data center and WAN provider that could even understand what we needed. The remaining few "Big Boys", like the cable company, AT&T, Level(3) [now CentruryLink] simply can not customize services. Our redundant 20Gbps link to Century City cost less than others 100Mbps service.

Most amazing ISP I have ever worked with. I saw a negative review in here, and we are in the same building, so I thought I'd counter it. Trying to work with basic WiFi in a congested building is of course not going to work, and is unrelated to the ISP. Subrigo's service is fantastic, the prices can't be beat, and holy moly is it fast. (and yes wifi works if its set up right).

I'm a Subrigo customer for over a year and I want to share with you my experience with them. Subrigo as ISP (internet service provider) Provide excellent service both for my business and my home. The speed is fast and steady which increase my office productivity and my home online video streaming like Netflix and others work smooth with no interruption and need for buffering. Not like most of other internet providers Subrigo did not limit my speed and/or usage. They have a great understand By the customer needs and provide their service with no limitation For example: most companies will offer You packages that provide certain download speed but much slower upload (50mb down 3mb up) Well... not with Subrigo, their packages have equal upload and download speed. For example: 100mb down and 100mb up. They even have connection speeds over 1 or 10gb. If you looking for a provider in downtown area you should consider Subrigo as your provider, highly recommended!

Subrigo is the absolute worst internet provider I have ever worked with. We run an internet business and at least once a day, our internet dies out for 5 to 15 minutes. Occasionally for over an hour!! For 8 months I have called each time there was an issue (which is literally weekly) never did they actually solve it. When we wanted to switch over to AT&T, Subrigo said there were NO mentions of previous problems with my account. They did not save any data from any phone call or issue we had! They are a scam company! They call so you don't have receipts of what they tell you and use it against you later on. They said we can only get out our contract if we pay a full year of internet!! Their alternative to the non-stop wifi problems was an installation of ethernet plugs at every desk for cable wifi. This would cost us $60 per plug!!!!!!! Our Mac's don't even have ports for cable wifi anymore because it's 2016, not 1998. They are disgraceful and a complete scam. Do not work with them! They are rude, dishonest, expensive and their wifi is totally useless. They literally make us lose money. And everyone in our building has the same problem.
