Extremely difficult to cancel and very poor customer service. I was bounced between representatives, given conflicting information, and had to follow up multiple times just to end my policy. On top of that, the premiums became unreasonably expensive for what was offered. Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend.
