JB Lawrence Lucero Marinas is the lobby ambassador at my office building and he is absolutely amazing! He is always checking in to see if tenants are doing okay, getting what they need, and having a good day. He is an amazing employee and does a great job overseeing the 1301 Dove Street sight!!

I’ve had horrible experiences with not only the staff but the managers, it is a company run by lazy individuals who don’t do their job and the management takes zero accountability. I have put in multiple complains about the security man at my community who is constantly intoxicated on the job but management has done nothing

terrible customer service. had a terrible experience with one of their security guards #1045 at 1400 Anduril in Santa Ana working the employees only gate. The seriously old security guard was condescending and inappropriate. I went to ask a question about where I should go and the demented old security guard acted like I was beneath him. When I asked for a supervisor support they told me they don’t give out that information since they are a private company. It is telling what kind of company they are by the quality of people they hire.

How you guys not gonna give a post even tho I already have a guard card?? Makes no sense then the lady has the audacity saying I need to retake some class like lady I already have my guard card?? Then she says the place is at least a 30-40 min drive like why can’t I just pay for the class/certificate she’s asking for at the same exact office? Are they not security? She also says it’s $80 like really? I kinda need to work to get that money then pay it.. can’t even at least let us work still and pay it at the same time. Makes no sense.

The lady inside, I think she’s panic. She’s rude on the interview text. They never required as a certificate now they’re trying to sell our certificates or they want me to go back 20 miles and grab my certificate, but I have my valid card card and she said you have to be close to your home office not here. I don’t even understand. What kind of service is this normally LA university people are very humble very nice very polite but this lady it’s rude. This office is rude. This is not a good place. You guys definitely find a nice people for this office. Thanks.
