Very disrespectful.
Attempted to separate my 11 year old daughter from myself and my wife at a crowded event. Then picking and choosing when and what rules to enforce. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Contemporary Services Corporation, they provide event staffing for Arena's, high school's, College's, stadium's, University's and have a professional and finesse about them. 👍

So my husband & I were "randomly selected" to be searched and wanded upon entry to the Honda Center by CSC staff. All of the non-melanated people who were walking around us were not "selected". This was not appreciated and quite honestly the youngster who "flagged" us was very unprofessional. So was the person who checked my keys for weapons. I have been here before and never had such a humiliating experience. Discrimination is never appreciated. CSC must do better training with their staff.

This is 100% about CSC personnel only. It has nothing to do with the Gate Staff of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim or the Angels at all.
On April 22nd, I entered Angels Stadium with my service dog. A CSC staff member in a blue shirt, which from my experience I know designates a supervisor, asked me the 2 questions allowed under the ADA to screen my service dog. Is that a service animal? "Yes". What job is it trained to do? "He is a seizure alert dog". The supervisors thanked me and I was happy to know the gate is conducting proper screening this season. See I missed opening week but this is about game 300 for me with this particular dog.
What happened next left me utterly GOBSMACKED:
Supervisor into his walkie-talkie on an open channel: "we have a guest entering gate 1 with a service dog (so far so good) FOR SEIZURES AND AN ANXIETY DISORDER". When I asked him if he just did that, he said "yes, why, was I not supposed to do that?". A supervisor? Running GATE 1 at a Major League Baseball Stadium on the occasion of the franchise's 10,000th game thinks it is proper protocol to announce a guest's medical condition, let alone ADD one, over an open radio channel in the aforementioned environment. Square that please.
Everyone in the stadium with a walkie-talkie AND anyone within earshot now has information that is none of their business as well as complete fabrication. Let alone my seizures are the absent kind. And the condition is from football, as in a D1 offensive tackle so I am 6'7" and a large human… I don't blend.
This is not the first time there has been an issue with CSC violating ADA rights. I know for a fact they are trained properly, there is just zero consistency from one person to another. It is a shame because I have met some of the nicest people in the yellow blue and white shirts around that stadium, unfortunately when senior management does not care about consistency just about $, it doesn't matter. They just violate Federal Rights and think they will get away with it.

At an event at the Anaheim Convention Center staffed by CSC and it was a disaster. More than an hour to get into the facilities in an event with reserved seating. This signals poor management and poor training of staff. Don't recommend.
