Working with JP at Boladarck was one of the best decisions we made for our project. From the start, he brought a level of calm, patience, and clarity that made the entire process feel manageable and well thought out. JP is incredibly patient. We went back and forth on ideas more times than I can count, asked endless questions, and carefully reviewed every detail. Not once did he rush us or make us feel like we were overthinking things. He took the time to explain his reasoning, walk us through options, and help us understand both the design vision and the practical side of every decision. That kind of steady guidance makes a huge difference during a major project. His design ability is outstanding. He has a great eye for proportion, flow, and detail, and he knows how to balance creativity with function. The end result feels intentional in every way. The layout works beautifully, the spaces feel natural and comfortable, and the overall design has a timeless quality. He took our ideas and elevated them while still keeping the project true to who we are and how we live. Beyond the design itself, JP’s leadership throughout the process was invaluable. He anticipated challenges early, offered smart solutions, and helped us avoid costly mistakes. His communication was clear and consistent, and he worked seamlessly with contractors and consultants to keep everything moving in the right direction. His team at Boladarck is excellent as well. They are professional, organized, and highly capable. Farnoosh, in particular, was a pivotal part of the experience. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through gave us a lot of confidence. She was thoughtful, sharp, and incredibly dependable, and her involvement made the entire process smoother. JP, Farnoosh, and the Boladarck team delivered not only a beautiful design but also a positive, well-managed experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for strong design, patience, and true guidance throughout a project.

We have been working closely with JP and Farnoosh and their team on a 40 unit multi family project. Their attention to detail, professionalism and responsiveness is top notch. They are always able to creative solutions to site or local zoning constraints, while simultaneously keeping project and design goals intact.
