After locating a potential site in San Clemente for our second home we had the opportunity to work with Studio Graham from confirming the viability of the location to the final product. Working with Studio Graham was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Our project was a complex one, since it involved a complete teardown of the existing home and rebuilding something that met all of our expectations. Studio Graham worked with us on every step of the project from initial design to final completion. We worked as a real team, communicating frequently and discussing needed decisions as they presented themselves. Studio Graham listened well to our ideas while also expressing their own thoughts regarding the design elements. Studio Graham also worked well with our contractor which resulted in the project moving to completion without any real issues. Our second home is everything we dreamed of, we would not change a thing, and we would highly recommend Studio Graham to anyone looking for a very talented Designer.

We cannot recommend Kris Graham highly enough. He’s got a fantastic vision, an eye for detail, and was a great partner to work with on designing our dream home. From initial concepts to the finishing touches, Kris always kept us informed, offered excellent suggestions on items large and small, and worked hand in hand with our key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional product.

Studio Graham’s vision and expertise are very impressive, but what meant the most to us was how thoughtful they were and their gentle approach in guiding us through the really big, life-changing decisions involved in designing a custom home. It’s obvious they respect your goals and the financial investment behind them

We feel so lucky to have met Kris. We handed him an outdated home with a funky floor plan, and he worked his architectural magic to design our dream house. Square pegs can fit through round holes! He listened to us and checked all our boxes while also gently expanding our comfort zone with some updated features (which we are noticing around town and in magazines more and more). Throughout our process, Kris was a great communicator and super effective at moving our plans through city and coastal commission approvals. Even our contractor said he’s never seen a more detailed and comprehensive set of plans before. We highly recommend Studio Graham!

Working with Kris and Studio Graham was the best choice we made for our home renovation! Kris really helped us turn our vision into reality and continuously worked thru any obstacles in both the design and building process. We really felt Kris cared to show us all the possibilities that were available to us. Recommend 100%!
