We're in the middle of a full home remodel with Terry. It's more of a start from previous foundation custom home actually. We've had an excellent experience so far! Terry has really captured what we want in our new house and he has been excellent in communicating with us, the city and the subs involved in the project. We would definitely recommend Valle Design!

Terry designed a beautiful adu from the ground up in my backyard. I have a small lot, so there wasn’t much space to work with, but he made the most of what was available. It’s shocking how spacious the unit feels considering the size constraints. In addition to his outstanding work, his customer service was top notch. He was very responsive to any questions myself or any of the subcontractors had throughout the process. As someone who hadn’t ever worked on a project like this, his knowledge was so helpful and appreciated. After his design was complete and approved by the city, he could have easily considered his part done and taken off. But instead, he continued to follow up with me and provide support through the entire process.

My husband and I interviewed with a handful of architects before we decided to move forward with Terry @ Valles Design for our build in San Clemente. Building a home with no previous experience is daunting. We were so grateful for Terry throughout this entire process. The communication is incredible - very responsive and guided us through any questions we may have had. From the first walk through of the property to the final approval through the city, we feel so blessed to have had him on our team. We had the design we wanted going in and Terry brought it to life! He was meticulous and detailed and took his time designing each portion of our home. (although we never felt like he was purposely going beyond our agreed upon hrs of the contract). From providing alternative floor plans to providing recommendations on finishes, his expertise made this process feel less chaotic. He also was a wonderful go between with the engineers and the city when we had questions or needed to confirm if things were on time and being submitted properly. Would use him on another project in a heartbeat!

Terry at Valle Designs is fantastic. His work is exceptional and at a very fair price. And to top it off, he is a really great guy, with tons of experience and knowledge. He went out of his way to create a perfect design to fit my vision, while also having the knowledge to guide me away from costly decisions and mistakes. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience working with Terry at Valle Designs. He is approachable, responsive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and his design team. A true professional!
