I had a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company while trying to book A/V services for a corporate livestream event. From the start, their quote was 58% higher than a competitor because they insisted on including unnecessary equipment (a sound mixer and MacBook), despite me clarifying that we were streaming from my own computer and only needed a basic setup. I still leaned toward using them because they offered a camera option the other vendor lacked, but their communication was terrible. A week before our event, they sent a contract, but there was no invoice to lock in the booking. Over the next few days, both my assistant and I reached out multiple times via phone and email to get the invoice and confirm the event. Our CIO emailed them the following day to review the technical setup and was also ignored. They completely stopped responding to all communication. With only three days left before a major corporate event, we had no choice but to withdraw the contract. We simply could not rely on a company that completely ghosted us after sending a contract. Unbelievably, they only responded after I canceled. Save yourself the stress and find a vendor that communicates.
